Website

Turn “What should I do?” into “Let’s do this.”

From your initial consultation to the day of publication.
And long after that, too.

Based in Shiga, we create websites.
We work closely with you every step of the way to help you overcome your uncertainty—
such as “What should I do next?”—
one step at a time.

However, if it’s just a matter of making something, you can have it done anywhere.
What matters is what comes next: ensuring it
truly contributes to the business and leads to results that make you think, “I’m glad we made this.”

From planning to launch—and even ongoing support—we’ll work
with you to build and nurture a website that delivers
results.

Empathy

To you who found yourself muttering,
“Yeah, that’s exactly it.”

  • We want a design that reflects who we are.

    We want a
design that reflects who we are.

    I don't like template-based websites. I want to
create a "high-quality, original design" that expresses
the uniqueness and vision of my business.
  • I want to prioritize quality over price

I want to prioritize quality over
    price

Rather than basing our decisions on price,
    we want to focus on
    “quality that truly satisfies us.”
  • I'm worried it won't go as planned

    I'm worried it won't
    go as planned

I'm worried that the design won't turn out the way I envision it, so I'd like you to take my abstract ideas and shape them into something concrete from a professional perspective.
  • I want to make it even if I don't understand the technical terms

I want to make it even if I don't understand the
    technical terms

Even if you don’t have any web development experience, I hope you’ll take the time to carefully understand our “vision.”
  • I'm looking for someone I can consult with even after delivery

    I'm
looking for someone I can consult with even after delivery

I'm looking for someone I can consult with—not just during meetings,
but also during the production process and even after delivery.
  • Will this really be an asset to the business going forward?

Will this really be an asset to the
    business going forward?

Even if I create a website, I’m not convinced that it will “boost my business,” so I want to move forward with someone who shares my belief in the future.

"Oh, this is about me."
If that’s what you’re thinking, I’d love to talk with you
first. Not in a
formal meeting,
but in a more relaxed setting, about what lies
ahead.
Why don’t we explore
together how we can make this “something great”?

commitment I think of a website not as a
signboard, but as a friend.

A neglected website feels lonely.
That’s why we design it to grow slowly and robustly alongside your business.

Let's stop letting trends dictate our lives.

Here in Shiga,
why don’t you join
us in shaping the “roots”—the part whose value never changes—even if we have to feel our way as we go?

What We Stand For

  • We express the passion behind our business slowly and carefully.
  • I'll speak in simple, easy-to-understand terms, without using complicated words.
  • Design it so that your future self won't have any trouble.
  • Designs that embody the brand's unique character.
  • To be a long-term partner alongside your website.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't rely on trends or "set formulas."
  • I won't make assumptions without knowing the background.
  • I won't use difficult words to confuse you.
  • We don't design systems that make people afraid to touch them.
  • Because I don't want to just “make it and be done with it.”

Kyoto Prefecture Ono-go Relocation Promotion Committee

Kyoto Prefecture Ono-go Relocation Promotion Committee

A short drive from downtown Kyoto lies Ono-go, a region famous for its Kitayama cedar.Located in the mountainous northern part of Kyoto City’s Kita Ward, this village’s relocation promotion website was born out of dialogues centered on “sharing concerns together.” Precisely because this is an area where building a new home can be a daunting prospect, the site is structured around interviews that convey not just the scenery, but the “warmth of the residents.” This is a record of our sincere efforts to create an inviting gateway, including a special focus on providing information about “experience homes” where prospective residents can get a feel for what life there would be like.

You don't need to understand the complicated stuff. I'll take care of breaking down the "barrier" of technical jargon for you. Let's talk slowly, using everyday language.

Website Development Planning and Operational Policies

Starting with a consultation, we’ll design a system that’s just right for you—one that’s manageable within your daily workflow without requiring you to stretch beyond your capabilities. I believe that, in the end, this is what leads to the best results.
  • Wireframe Creation (Design Sketch Creation)

    Wireframe Creation (Design Sketch Creation)

Instead of jumping right into building, we start by discussing the blueprints. I believe that kind of “roundabout dialogue” is actually the shortest path to creating the very best results.
  • Website Design and Development

With the blueprints in hand, we’ll put the design together. Let’s work together to find the look that feels just right—the one where we say, “That’s it!”—as we build it.

Blog About the Website and Shiga

FAQ Things I want to ask about,
things I want to confirm.

I'm not sure I can explain it very well, though.
I’m especially eager to meet people who say, “I haven’t quite figured out what I want to do yet.” You don’t need to have the perfect answer right from the start. Just lay out your scattered thoughts in front of us. Together, we’ll sort through them and weave them into a coherent whole. That’s where the work begins.
I'm not good with foreign words or complicated topics.
Don't worry. We also want to use everyday language as much as possible. We can create a great website without using any complicated technical terms. If there's anything you don't understand, feel free to ask, "What does that mean?" anytime. After all, translating is our job.
My current website just doesn't feel like "me."
If your current space doesn’t quite feel right, maybe you don’t have to force yourself to put up with it. Let’s cherish that feeling of, “It used to be great, but now it’s a little different.” We’d be happy to discuss a “renovation” that truly reflects who you are today.
How much does it cost?
As a general guideline, the Mini Site Plan starts at 440,000 yen and the Standard Plan starts at 880,000 yen (tax included). Of course, cost is the first thing on your mind. While we’ve provided these approximate figures as a “guideline,” please keep in mind that they are merely “examples.”Rather than focusing on “what to create,” let’s start by discussing “what you want to achieve.” After taking the time to understand your vision, let’s work together to determine the budget that’s “just right” for you.
How long does production take?
The standard production timeframe is approximately three months. Of course, we can rush the process, but I believe that kind of time—the length of a season—is really necessary to take our time, nurture the project, and arrive at a result that makes you say, “This is it.” However, for projects with complex “systems,” such as e-commerce sites, we may need a little more time. Let’s take our time and do it carefully.Let’s work together to create something great.
Will there be any ongoing costs after it's built?
You’ll incur the actual costs for the domain and server (starting at a few thousand yen per year), plus monthly maintenance and operational support fees, if desired. It’s a bit like building a house. There are small monthly costs for the “rental fee” (server fee) to host your website and the “domain fee,” which serves as your online address. Also—and this is just an option if you’re interested—we offer operational support where we handle daily checks and maintenance for you. If you’re thinking, “I’m a little nervous about doing everything myself,” please don’t hesitate to rely on us. It’s like a reassuring safety net to help us grow your website together.
Is there a charge for the “Initial Consultation”?
No, the initial consultation and estimate are completely free. Please rest assured. First, let’s meet face-to-face and talk. That’s where we’ll start. We can meet in person or talk online. Let’s begin by having a relaxed chat—as if we were just having a cup of tea—to discuss what kind of space you’d like to create.Whether it’s a consultation or getting a quote—up to that point, it’s essentially a “getting-to-know-you” phase. If we click, we’ll take it from there. Feel free to reach out and say hello.
Which is better, WordPress or microCMS?
If you prioritize loading speed and ease of management, I recommend microCMS; if you post and publish a lot of articles on a daily basis, WordPress is the better choice. To be honest, there’s no single “right” answer. It depends on how often you want to update your site and how you plan to manage it. The best choice for you will vary based on those factors. I’ve also compared the two in more detail on my blog, so feel free to check it out if you’re interested. If you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Is it okay to make this request even outside of Shiga Prefecture?
Yes, you can place an order from anywhere in the country. I’ll travel anywhere in Japan to meet with you. After all, I want to meet you in person, see your face, and have a proper conversation. There’s a certain atmosphere to a place and a sense of warmth that you can only truly grasp when you’re there in person. It’s precisely within that “essence”—which you can’t understand without meeting face-to-face—that the truly important insights lie. Of course, for clients in remote areas, we can also conduct our work online.“I want to create something great together.” If you share that same passion, I’ll gladly accompany you wherever you go.
